My teaching style is encouraging, inclusive, and inviting. My #1 goal is to help my students feel safe in their bodies and use movement as embodied expressions of empowerment.
When did you start pole dancing
Started in 2016, but due to health issues I had to stop and restart in May 2018. Since then, I just can't stop.
