Join Warren for an hour of movement exploration that will not only work out your body, but also your mind! Warren will challenge you with dynamic movements that will focus on isolating body parts, combining fast and slow movements, pushing your body as far as it will go and weaving in and out of movements to create seamless combinations.
This class starts with a light and centering warmup that will help you connect with your body and get your muscles moving. We then move on to dance technique and spend the last half of the class learning choreography.
This class is perfect for dancers who are looking to explore movement and push themselves further as well as pole dancers who need more experience and ideas with moving across the room. It is recommended to take this class more than once to really help your body understand the movements.
