Ballet Flexibility

Ballerinas are known for their grace, strength and mind blowing flexibility! In this hour long class, Erin will teach you everything you need to know to get there.

We will start with a dynamic, movement based warmup, move onto passive stretching and then end with active stretching and a relaxing cool down. This class is for anyone, no ballet experience or flexibility required, but be prepared for some hard work!
